A profile picture people recognise in the For You feed

It sits on top of your videos. In the For You feed your profile picture appears as a small circle on the right-hand side of each video, above the like button. At that size only a face or a bold logo is recognisable.

200 is the minimum, 400 looks better. TikTok accepts squares from 200×200, but a 400×400 picture stays sharp on high-resolution phones. Larger squares also work.
