The sidebar is tiny. Server icons are shown as small circles in a vertical list. Bold shapes and strong colour contrast make yours easy to spot among dozens of others.

Centred, with padding. The circle crops the corners. Use the fit option to place a wide logo inside the square with space around it, or drag the preview to centre a character.

Without an icon Discord shows the server’s initials — a custom icon looks far more inviting in invites and server discovery.
