Resize Image to 2×2 Inch
2 × 2 inches is the US passport, visa and green-card photo size. At 300 DPI it is exactly 600 × 600 pixels, and the DPI is saved so it prints at the right size. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Need a smaller file instead? Compress or convert.
Drag the preview to choose which part of the image is kept. The same framing is used for every image in the batch.
Why choose 2×2 inch?
A 2×2 inch photo measures 50.8×50.8 mm, 5.08×5.08 cm. It is widely requested for US passport and visa photos (2×2 inches), and prints sharply at 600×600 pixels (300 DPI).
600×600 px at 300 DPI
The pixel size is worked out for you, and the file is saved with 300 DPI so it prints at exactly 2×2 inch.
An official photo size
2×2 inch is the size required for US passport and visa photos (2×2 inches). Always check the latest official rules for background and head size.
15 per A4 sheet
With small gaps, 15 photos fit on one A4 page and 15 on US Letter — handy for printing several copies at home.
1:1 square shape
The square (1:1) proportion decides the framing. Drag the preview so the subject sits where the rules expect it.
