LinkedIn Company Banner Resizer
The Life tab of a LinkedIn company Page opens with a large banner image about your team and culture. This page resizes it to 1128×376, the size LinkedIn recommends. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Need a smaller file instead? Compress or convert.
Drag the preview to choose which part of the image is kept. The same framing is used for every image in the batch.
Getting the LinkedIn company banner right
The Life tab banner introduces your company culture to candidates. At 1128×376 it has more height than the Page cover, so a team photo fits well.

Showing culture on the Life tab
Where it appears. The Life tab is the culture and careers section of a company Page. Its main image sits across the top of that tab, so it is the first thing job seekers see when they want to know what working with you is like.
People over products. A real team photo, an event or your workspace works far better here than a product shot. Keep faces away from the very edges so nobody is cut in half.
Not the same as the cover. The Page cover is a thin 1512×256 strip; the Life tab image is a taller 3:1 banner with much more room for a photo. Use separate images for each.
