Resize Image to 25×25 mm
25 × 25 mm is a very small square, about an inch across. At 300 DPI it is 295 × 295 pixels — right for stamp-size photos, labels and tiny badges. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Need a smaller file instead? Compress or convert.
Drag the preview to choose which part of the image is kept. The same framing is used for every image in the batch.
Why choose 25×25 mm?
25×25 mm — that is 2.5×2.5 cm, 0.98×0.98 in — is the size asked for small 1×1 inch ID photos. Saved at 300 DPI it is 295×295 pixels.
295×295 px at 300 DPI
The pixel size is worked out for you, and the file is saved with 300 DPI so it prints at exactly 25×25 mm.
An official photo size
25×25 mm is the size required for small 1×1 inch ID photos. Always check the latest official rules for background and head size.
70 per A4 sheet
With small gaps, 70 photos fit on one A4 page and 63 on US Letter — handy for printing several copies at home.
1:1 square shape
The square (1:1) proportion decides the framing. Drag the preview so the subject sits where the rules expect it.

Working at 25 millimetres
Just under an inch. 25 mm is 0.98 inches, so it is almost the same as 1×1 inch (25.4 mm). If a form states 25 mm, use this page — the half-millimetre matters for boxes on printed forms.
Faces must be tight. At 2.5 cm, there is no room for background. Crop to head and a sliver of shoulder, or the face will be too small to recognise.
Labels and QR stickers. A 25 mm square is a common label size. Keep lines at least 0.3 mm thick (about 4 pixels) so they print clearly.
Same in cm: 2.5×2.5 cm. Bigger: 36×36 mm. Also see stamp size.
