Resize Image to 4.5×3.5 cm
4.5 × 3.5 cm is the landscape version of the common passport size. Sometimes a form really means a wide image; often it means the portrait 3.5×4.5 cm photo written the other way round. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Need a smaller file instead? Compress or convert.
Drag the preview to choose which part of the image is kept. The same framing is used for every image in the batch.

Width first or height first?
At 300 DPI this is 531 × 413 pixels, wider than tall.
Check what the form means. Photo sizes are usually written width × height, but some countries write height first. If it is a photo of a person, you almost certainly want the upright 3.5×4.5 cm.
Genuinely landscape uses include small labels, stamps and document thumbnails. Frame the subject across the width and drag the preview to position it.
Same shape in millimetres: 45×35 mm.
