Resize Image to 35×45 mm
35 × 45 mm is the most widely used passport and visa photo size in the world. This page sets it at 300 DPI — 413 × 531 pixels — and saves the DPI so it prints at exactly 35 × 45 mm. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Need a smaller file instead? Compress or convert.
Drag the preview to choose which part of the image is kept. The same framing is used for every image in the batch.
Why choose 35×45 mm?
35×45 mm — that is 3.5×4.5 cm, 1.38×1.77 in — is the size asked for passport and visa photos in the UK, the Schengen/EU countries and many others. Saved at 300 DPI it is 413×531 pixels.

30 per A4 sheet
With small gaps, 30 photos fit on one A4 page and 28 on US Letter — handy for printing several copies at home.
7:9 portrait shape
The 7:9 (passport-photo shape) proportion decides the framing. Drag the preview so the subject sits where the rules expect it.

Measuring a 35×45 mm photo in millimetres
Official photo rules are written in millimetres because the tolerances are small. The UK, for example, asks for the head — chin to crown — to measure between 29 mm and 34 mm on a 45 mm tall photo. That is roughly two thirds of the height, so drag the preview until the face fills that much of the frame.
Pixels at 300 DPI: 413 × 531. If a form asks for a digital photo it may state its own pixel size instead — use that when it does, and this page when you are printing.
Test before you submit. Print one copy at 100% scale (turn off "fit to page") and measure it with a ruler. It should be 35 mm wide and 45 mm tall; if it is not, the printer scaled it.
Same size written in centimetres: 3.5×4.5 cm. Taller variants: 35×50 mm, 35×54 mm.

300 DPI is the standard for photo prints and gives 413×531 pixels. Some offices accept 200 DPI (276×354); 600 DPI (827×1063) is only needed for very high-quality printing.

How large is a 35×45 mm photo file?
Usually 34 KB–69 KB as a JPG at 300 DPI. If an online form allows less, reduce it with the compressor — the print size stays the same.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Resizing happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is transmitted or stored, and you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
